Update for May 7 2014

Well, I called my wife after I got in to the office and found out that Josh did in fact get on the bus after much persuasion.  He will often complain of not feeling good for various reasons(scared of the break in routine, scared of changing classes, separation anxiety, or just plain allergies).  The trouble is, we can't always tell which one is affecting him the most.

Joshua woke up saying he didnt feel good.  But, he ate a big breakfast.  He said his ears and throat hurt.  I thik it is just sinuses.  Got him on the bus, but just barely.  We talked about pushing on through and making good choices.

Sometimes, being a parent, is just guesswork, which is scary.

We are blessed in some ways though; after all, getting him to school seems to be the issue; he seems to be fine otherwise, if a bit loud and he tends to talk over people a lot.  Other parents have other challenges, Some of them can't even keep them in the school because the school can't handle them, so I praise God that the school seems to be able to handle our son once he is there.

In other news, Stormie says this regarding our daughter, who is faced with Common Core standards at school.
